Calibration of truck scales

Calibration Methods :

Calibration on corners: Choose weight in 1/3X value( X instead of weighbridge’s total capacity), put it on the four corners of the platform and weigh separately. The readout of four corners can’t out of allowable tolerance.

Linearity calibration: Choose weights in 20% X and 60% X, put them on the center of weighbridge separately. After comparing the readout with weights’s value, the deviation should not exceed allowable tolerance.

Display value calibration: Average full weighing capacity into 10 equal parts, set standard value according it, put standard weight in the center of weighbridge, then record the readout.
