Elevator loading test

It’s a common method for elevator loading test. The balance factor test of the elevator also needs to use the weights. The balance factor of the elevator is one of most important parameters of the traction elevator, and important parameter for safe, reliable, comfortable and energy-efficient of the elevator. As an important function, the test of balance factor is included in the acceptance inspection project. 20kg cast iron weights "rectangular weights" (M1 OIML standard weights) with 1g tolerance is used for elevator inspection. Generally, elevator companies will equip with small cast iron weights ranging from 1 ton to several tons.

The special equipment inspection institute also needs to use the cast iron weights for the elevator loading inspection. The common sizes are: 20KG cast iron weights (convenient for handy, easy to lift), and secondly some inspection units will choose 25kg cast iron type.
